Elaine Lisle

Elaine Lisle is a Philadelphia artist whose work explodes with color and light. She is equally at ease painting the urban landscape as the lavender in Provence. Schooled at the Pennsylvania Academy of Fine Arts and the University of Pennsylvania, Elaine has won regional and national awards, exhibited widely in the mid-atlantic, including New York City, and her richly painted oils are owned by numerous corporations as well as individual collectors around the globe.

Joanne Mark

Joanne Mark is an oil painter from Chester County, PA. She has a background in biological science and has been expressing her creativity through oil painting for the past 15 years. Joanne has a passion for nature, natural environments and the creatures that inhabit them.

Joanne lives near Valley Forge National Historical Park and combine her hiking for exercise with her interest in birding photography. She loves the challenge of finding different bird species in various environments, identifying them, and capturing their character in a photograph, especially when it’s a particularly quirky pose. Joanne also gets a thrill when she lock eyes with a bird and interact in a special intimate moment. She sometimes find birds that seem just as curious about her, as she is about them. Joanne does this field work to collect reference photos for her bird paintings.
